The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the city center and with easy access to tourist attractions. the room was spacious, clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the biggest problem was the lack of English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult.

Our New Year's stay was amazing! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants. The service from the staff was above and beyond, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a great selection of amenities available. We particularly loved the secure parking option and the tasty breakfast buffet.
Despite the otherwise fantastic experience, there were a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the TV only played Russian programs, which was a little disappointing. And secondly, one of the receptionists didn't speak English, which made communication a bit tricky at times. However, overall these were small concerns that did not detract from our enjoyable stay.

This hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city. With various tourist attractions in the vicinity, it is perfect for visitors to explore on foot. the service provided by the staff is top-notch, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer a great view of the surroundings. the facilities are modern and have all the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable stay.
One minor language barrier with some staff who don't speak English fluently can cause a little inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center and is clean both inside and out. The spacious room had all the necessary amenities and there was secure parking available. The breakfast menu offered a good variety of options. The staff provided excellent service and gave helpful recommendations for local restaurants.
